  • Valid Driver's License
  • State Identification Card
  • Student Identification Card
  • Military Identification Card
  • Passport
  • Photo Identification (defined as an item containing a photo and the first and last name of the applicant)
  • CPO-One Door Identification Card
 
Accepted forms of Residency:
(Only needed if Identification is from out of State)
 
  • CA Drivers License
  • Rental or lease agreements with the signature of the owner/landlord and the tenant/resident
  • Deeds or titles to residential real property
  • Mortgage bills
  • Home utility bills (including cellular phone)
