About Me
Welcome to my page! I love teaching English and have taught English for more than 10 years. My experience includes 3 years of teaching English full-time at a University in Vietnam, 3 years of teaching and cross-cultural training in India and 5 years of teaching English here in Sacramento, including one year at community college. While I was living in Vietnam, I also got my Master's Degree in Teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL) from Azusa Pacific University. In addition, I got my Adult Education teaching credential from UC Berkeley Extension in 2018. I have worked specifically in Adult Education for a little over 4 years. I love teaching adults from all different cultures and feel so blessed to be able to do something I love. Currently, I am teaching an Intermediate-Advanced class at the Folsom Site in Rancho Cordova in the mornings.
After I teach in the mornings, I pick up my kids from school. I love having the schedule where I can teach in the morning and spend time with my kids in the afternoon. I have a son who is 13 and twin girls who are 11. We also have a dog, 2 cats and a bunny. My husband and I love to travel. My husband is from India, so we hope to visit India soon.
