About Me

Lee Farrand- Special Projects Coordinator
I am a mother of 3 beautiful daughters and enjoy gardening in my free time. I had my first daughter when I was 17 years old, a senior in High School. Now my oldest daughter is a senior in High School. Being a teen mother wasn't easy and I was afforded the privilege of attending a Charter School that allowed me to work at my pace and attend community college. This gave me a head start in my college education and life. I've worked for many non-profits and a few state offices and Highlands is the place that my heart adores. When I'm not working, doing laundry, or chasing babies you can find me in my garden with dirt under my fingernails.
