Sondra Betancourt

Board Member

Sondra Betancourt began her career with the State of California in the mailroom and concluded her 35-year service in management. In this time, Sondra gained invaluable experience in the workings of a large governmental agency and built relationships between government, business, and individual citizens.

After Sondra’s retirement in 2008, her involvement in neighborhood associations and the North Sacramento community gained her focus, which led to her election as President of the Ben Ali Community Association. On behalf of her community, Sondra has since established strong working relationships with fire, police, code, business schools, neighborhood services, and entire city community service offices.
