Highlands Community Charter and Technical Schools (HCCTS) Alumni Association is a branch of the Doc Smith Legacy Foundation. Money raised from HCCTS Alumni Association and the Foundation will provide student scholarships, paid internships, career and counseling services, transportation, support for personal hardships, and programs that benefit our students and community.
