Mary DeChance
Mary DeChance is an educational leader who began her career as a Resource Specialist and later made meaningful impacts as a Principal, District Director of Special Education, District Director and Interim Coordinator for Early Childhood Education. Mary most recently was Faculty Lead at National University serving from 2005 until her retirement in 2016.

Mary holds a BA in Behavioral Science and a Master’s Degree in Special Education from the National University. Mary was appointed to the Highlands Community Charter and Technical School board in November 2020 where she will be a welcome addition to the nine-person board.
