May 2024 HCCTS Staff Climate Survey
We are pleased to share the results of our recent HCCTS Employee Climate Survey. The feedback we received is a crucial part of Highlands’ ongoing commitment to excellence. Our dedicated employees have provided invaluable insights that help us celebrate our achievements and identify areas for improvement, ultimately enhancing our service to students and advancing our mission.
This year, we achieved an impressive participation rate of 82%. We are thrilled to report exceptionally positive results, reflecting a highly engaged and well-equipped staff who are satisfied with their roles and compensation. These outcomes highlight the dedication of our team and the positive work environment we strive to maintain.
Here are some key highlights from the survey:
• 97% agree or strongly agree that student needs are the top priority at our school.
• 94.5% agree or strongly agree that our school is a supportive and inviting place to work.
• 89.8% feel they are provided with all the resources they need to do their job well.
• 93.7% agree or strongly agree that their immediate supervisor understands and supports work-life balance.
• 93.4% agree or strongly agree that they feel a strong sense of job satisfaction.
• 94.1% agree or strongly agree that they feel valued, respected, and listened to by their colleagues.
• 90.1% agree or strongly agree that they are satisfied with the pay and bonuses they receive at Highlands.
• 94.5% agree or strongly agree that our school is a supportive and inviting place to work.
