Expungement Referrals In collaboration with the Sacramento County Public Defenders Office, we can support you with your documents to get the process started.

Upon income eligibility, students with a valid prescription can receive a pair of basic eyeglasses at no cost.

If you are experiencing homelessness as an adult, you have educational rights:
• You have the right to enroll in the school or program that best supports your needs, which could be:
• California Innovative Career Academy (CICA)
• Highlands Community Charter School (HCCS)
• Equity Initiatives Program (EI)
• You have a right to receive free transportation to attend classes and/or meet with your assigned counselor, teacher, mentor, etc.
• You have a right to enroll immediately in school even if you do not have the documents or records required for enrollment. For example:
• Photo ID
• Permanent home address
• You have the right to receive equivalent services to those offered to other students who have not experienced homelessness, including transportation, education, and other related services.
• You have the right to confidentiality.
