Wellness Together (Mental Health)

 

We are proud to partner with Wellness Together to provide free mental health counseling services to all our students. Your well-being is important and we are committed to supporting you in every way possible.

Services Offered:

  • Individual Counseling Sessions
  • Group Therapy

Services are currently offered in English and Spanish

How to Access Services:

  • Talk with your IHS navigator, HS counselor, or teacher to submit an SIT request form 

or

  • Complete the self referral form:

Reasons to Seek Counseling

  1. Stress Management:
